Cezars Kitchen will refund remaining balances by bank transfer to Japanese bank account, if you or your child is leaving the school. In the case of international transfers, any transfer fees will be deducted from your account balance. In the event the total remaining balance is 3000 yen or less, the refund is handled at the cafeteria. In this case, please contact the cafeteria directly to schedule a time that you can pick up the refund.
If you have a question or concern when reviewing your account online prior to leaving the school please don’t hesitate to contact refunds. Please be advised that we can only audit your account 3 months prior to today’s date, therefore we encourage you to check your account online regularly and to notify us of any discrepancies or questions immediately.
