Careers

Cezars Kitchen is expanding and we’re looking for people who are interested in working in a fast pace, always changing food service environment. Employees who join Cezars Kitchen will support the lifeblood of a school or office, its cafeteria. Our clients rely on us to energize them and give them the strength to learn and prepare for life or the energy to face a long board meeting. This is no easy feat, as we are always striving to improve the atmosphere, menu and overall service in our kitchens.

The Right Person

A passion for food, children (school kitchen) and serving people no matter what the position is our basic and most important requirement when considering candidates. Being fluent in Japanese and English is also a big plus as our base operations are in Japan and most of our cafeterias are located in international schools settings. A willingness to learn and grow as each member undergoes a comprehensive training curriculum that introduces our proven kitchen practices and kitchen safety techniques. In addition, training in the kitchen is not a single event but a continuous process as we update recipes, introduce new food to our community and develop new and exciting programs to improve the satisfaction of our schools.
